SP Roulers has expanded the list of sprinters, signing on talented youth in the shape of 23yo Thai rider, Sunai Visaya. He joins the team maxed out, with good sprinting stats, alongside ability in hills and flat road. He will fill the role Shane McGregor will leave when he retires, as lead out support of Ainscough. The hire fits very nicely with the teams plan of future proofing with youthful talent, and letting the riders mature over several seasons with the team.
Also joining the team is incredible talent in 21yo Australian Grant Durbridge. It’s exciting the possibilities the potential stats may pose, and we look forward to training him in our development squad.
Potential:
CL: None
DH: Good
HL: Small
SP: Good
FR: Good
CB: Incredible
TT: None
TQ: Good
Training has also concluded for Steven Hodgson and Darren Bradman, as we continue to round out our sprint team. It’s likely that, unless we uncover incredible sprint talent, we will begin developing in additional disciplines, especially adding a climbing/hills team roster. We are happy with Henk Ainscough’s results lately, and with consistent podium finishes, and continued experiences gained, the team is in a place to add a new captain and develop a team around them to supplement Ainscough’s results.
